Faubourg 21 / Chaga
Noisette/ Ré
Tucked away in the heart of Brussels, Faubourg 21 is the smallest grand luxury hotel, set within a 19th-century building and offering just 20 meticulously curated rooms. Conceived as an intimate destination, it brings together Noisette, its all-day café, Chaga, its fine dining restaurant, and Ré Labo de Beauté, a luxury wellness spa.
Initiated by Sandra Otero and shaped with chef Kasper Kurdahl and brand strategist Kate Stockman, the project reflects a future-focused vision of luxury. Behind its elegant façade unfolds a realm of discreet indulgence — from gastronomy and wellness to a speakeasy and secret garden — overlooking the Belgian capital.
This idea of discovery was further embodied in the visual identity — an ever-blooming flower that evokes the heritage of the location with a touch of the surreal. A gift that slowly reveals itself the longer you linger.
